Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations or modifications made up to 24 hours before arrival will not incur additional charges.
- If cancellation or modification is made outside of this period or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
Payments:
- Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
- If payment is due at the time of booking confirmation, the hotel will charge through a payment gateway (virtual POS) where the guest can pay instantly via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the terms and conditions are not met or payment is not received by your arrival date.
Check-in/ check-out:
- Check-in to the room is from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out must be done before 12:00.
Animal Policy:
- Pets are not allowed on the premises of the establishment.
